Laywer at the Paris Bar since 2012, Chloé GOSSART has a strong expertise in domestic and international family law
Her previous experience in court and in American and French law firms, allowed her to gain an understanding of family litigation and to manage cases in which the aim was to settle disputes amicably through alternative dispute resolution processes.
Chloé GOSSART obtained a university degree in russian law and an university degree in international wealth management after completing a training course at AUREP (University Association for Research and Training on Estates).
She effectively advises French and international clients about complex family estate issues, particularly in cases involving divorce, division of marital assets, inheritance or estate planning which require in-depth civil and tax expertise.
Chloé GOSSART communicates in both French or in English.
Very involved in all matters of international family law, Chloé GOSSART is a member of the International association of young lawyer (AIJA) and of the advisory board of UA Support, an association of lawyers offering pro bono legal help to Ukrainian refugees.
Moreover, she offers training courses for practitioners on international family law for the Lefevre Dalloz training center. She also presents at conferences and symposia, particularly for the Paris Bar and AIJA and regularly publishes articles.
